1. Digital Services

Yilzoo provides digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Shopify Store Design & Development
  • Website Design & Development
  • SEO Services
  • Website Maintenance
  • Branding & Graphic Design
  • Website Optimization

Due to the nature of digital services, completed work cannot be returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only in the following situations:

  • The project has not yet started.
  • Payment was made in error or duplicated.
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances under our control.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The project has already started.
  • Design concepts or development work have been delivered.
  • The client changes their mind after work has begun.
  • Delays are caused by missing content or feedback from the client.
  • The client requests additional features beyond the original agreement.

4. Project Cancellation

Clients may request to cancel a project before work begins.

If work has already started, Yilzoo reserves the right to retain payment for the completed portion of the project.

5. Revisions

Our goal is client satisfaction. Each project includes the number of revisions agreed upon before the project begins.

Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, please contact us first. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any concerns quickly and professionally.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in the suspension or termination of services.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
